I started on Ritalin almost a month ago. I started with 5mg and after a week asked for an increase so now I take 10mg in the morning. It does make a difference and I didn't see the difference until I ran out this week. I have been so tired this week! The Ritalin gave me more energy and focus to complete tasks at work and make it through the day.

Proviigl is the brand name....if you ask for generic Madafinal, itll probably be approved.. It works for me and I am 52 Aderall or anything with meth in it, is not good for brain or liver..,,, Provigil//madafinil is very subttle and you feel organized after being on it 3 to 4 days you see how it works, its not a tweaky drug and sleep is very good at night. lGoogle it...… the military uses it also...… Love to all God Bless

I take time released Ritalin twice a day, 1 in the morning and another around noon. This gets me through my work day. I have no trouble sleeping at all. If I forget to take my noon pill and will not take it any later than 2 in the afternoon, or I will not sleep at night. I love my Ritalin, helps my fatigue and my brain fog.

And I have no problem taking them, and I sleep fine at night, I'm in bed anywhere from 8:00/11:00, but I also get up at 4:30/5:00 am. But I try not to take after noon unless I'm really going through a rough time. But it's one of those you really want to start off slow with, cuz if you take to much you won't sleep or you can feel real jittery, but when you have it right it really does help and make's a difference your at least able to try to get something done. Hope it helps and good luck.

Hi Melissa, thanks for answering! Your sleep pattern sounds a lot like mine. I was worried that if I start Ritalin, I might have trouble sleeping at night. Lord knows I don't need any less than I get now! You suggestion to start slow and adjust sounds like a great plan. Thanks again
