my last MRI didn't show anything on my spine, but i still have achy legs/arms and my fingers start tingling every now and then

From my own personal experience, I would have to say to you, not necessarily.
IDK your age; but I have experienced the same sensation the same sensation or lack of, for years now and my MRI shows no cervical spine lesions!
The best and only way to be certain is by having an MRI to take a look at your cervical spine.

Yes! @A MyMSTeam Member thats right..cervical area. I think I said spine but meant neck. Thats what I have heard as well.
For lesions to effect arm/hands would have to have one in the spine higher than your shoulders (neck/brain)
