From my own personal experience, I would have to say to you, not necessarily.
IDK your age; but I have experienced the same sensation the same sensation or lack of, for years now and my MRI shows no cervical spine lesions!
The best and only way to be certain is by having an MRI to take a look at your cervical spine.
Please talk w your Dr!

The leasons are in your brain. It effects the nerves in your limbs. Yes especially when it is hot. Like today for me has been miserable. (103). It will hurt so bad in my right arm and both feet.
