I mentioned B complex, but have you had your vitamin D checked lately too? That affects energy remarkably as well. Get all your vitamin levels checked since you're seeing your neuro! Also, are you able to exercise, even a little bit? That helps with energy too.

I stationary bike at least three miles a day(since i can't balance well enough to ride a normal one) plus assorted stretching exercises as I'm able to keep away atrophy and help ward off spasticity issues. It really does help with alot of stuff.

People won't belive me when I say this fact but since I forced myself to change my diet after my relapse a year and half ago it has been evident the benefit of doing it. Helps immensely with reducing sluggishness as well as reduces aches and spasticity. Most importantly reduce/eliminate your inflammatory food intake, its life changing.

Avoid fast food and fattening foods. If you eat light and healthy foods that will also help with energy. I think an apple a day is true.
