Has Anyone Noticed Weather Effecting Your MS Issues?
Over the past couple months i have been paying attention to my body during drastic weather changes. Perfect example is: yesterday was sunny and upper 70’s today wake up in such pain, balance issues off, cant stay focused.
Has anyone else noticed or experience this?
All the time...If its too cold I freeze and ache all day. Too hot Im miserable...
Yes can tell the barometric pressure by my ache meter
Anytime the barometric pressure changes causes a change in my symptoms and pain in my body.
Cold makes me stiff heat makes me stupid. Seems temperature sensitivety is one of the few symptoms shared by most of us MSers
Too hot and I'm in the AC. Too cold and I'm by the woodstove. Too hot is 75 with humidity and Too cold is below 20. Barometric pressure for is migraine city!
