for those like myself who have been dx'd with SPMS I highly recommend 'The Wahls Protocol" and for RRMS I've also read and recommend "Who's in control of your MS? Pieces of the MS Recovery Puzzle". Both written by doctors with MS and their journey to freedom from it and it's progression.

I love the book MS For Dummies. Picked it up when I was fiirst diagnosed and everyone in my family is reading it. There is another one out there called Clumsy Bitch, but I can't remember the authors name.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. Good places to start.
