For me, I have projects all over the house. Everything gets done whenever it gets done. I try to plan which project what I'm going to work on and take into consideration how much energy is needed. That way I have an idea of how much after project down time will be needed. But I find that I get distracted easily also, so there are days I end up going project to project throughout the day.

I do the same as you. I do what I can based upon what needs done. The rest comes as it does. I no longer stress about the things that can wait. I work FT so some days that is all I can do!

I enjoyed reading your ''story''. It really shows how crazy this disease is and how it affects everyone differently. You should be commended on your hard work and adapting to the ''life'' changes you have gone thru. I especially like your attitude today to life in general.

As an old cowboy friend said to me years ago, ''We are not here for a long time, but for a good time'' So stay positive, and all will be better and good.

If my wife is home she just yells to "TAKE A BREAK"! She is not kind. She has been a Physical Therapy Tech in a hospital for about 25 years. She doesn't understand that when I start, I like to finish a job. It never works that way in reality these days, and I am aware of it, but I just have a hard time stopping (until I can't stand up).
It is a new way to live, taking breaks all the time, but the motions used are good for us. They keep us moving and when we stop moving a lot of good times will be missed.

I feel it takes me a whole day to vacuum my 3 bedroom home. I get tired easy and weak in the legs so found taking breaks to clean the house is the way to go. I prioittize by having a day to do each chore when it comes to house cleanning other than trying to do everything at one time. I also do projects like that too.
