Oh yes. My legs ache from tightness and fatigue after a big day of moving around. Very common with MS.

U might b experiencing spasticity, or maybe false impulses from your "ms" brain. Warm, not hot, compresses on the muscles help. I have a large rice bag that I pop into the microwave for about 45 seconds. Laying my tight calf muscles across that natural moist heat helps tremendously. U might keep in mind that ms has many tricks, and talk to your doctor about any symptoms, new or old, that are effecting your day. This might sound nuts, but I will fill my tub with warm water, sit safely on a stool or the edge of the tub, and just soak my calves and feet. This is also a good time for "me" time! Good luck.

Yes back in 2016-17 I had so much back pain only morphine ivs would help. Doctors didn’t know what else to do m. They wanted me to apply for ssdi but I asked for LDN 4.5 mgs I’ve been on it since then and that problem has gone and never returned
