Does Any One Get Agitated Over Small Things?

Does Any One Get Agitated Over Small Things?

I get real agitated more now then I ever have it seams to hit bad when I get hot or when I get out for the day around big group's of people.

Not really agitated but find it frustrating to be in large groups when having to deal with a range of topics simutainiously. It's gets to be overwhelming at times with alot of activity going on around me.

True. It happens when we are overstimulated with too much info at once.

Oh, Yeah. Seems like I am much more touchy. I told my husband one night that that was in a bad mood and smiling added, deal with it. His response was, I have been. All I could do was apologize.

Yes, I find that when I'm having a bad MS day, or with heat or anything that can cause flareups, I become more short tempered. As I recall Mood change or swings is a MS condition. For myself I seem to focus on feeling fatigued or tired and get very agitated. Kind of like when my kids need to take a nap, they get cranky - they don't know why they are just in a bad mood.

As for any advice on what can be done, I'm at a loss... I try to just slow down and work on my patience. My wife, bless her heart, tries to lovingly remind me that I am getting "short-tempered" which seems to agitate me more.
