What problems have been associated with the Baclofen pump?

The pump is so much better than the pill!!! I have a pump for pain and for just a few months had baclofen mixed in with the drugs already in the pump, What a difference!! It was a great experience. Not only did the pain level come down, the stiffness subsided quite a bit and my reflexes became normal once again. Unfortunately, my doctor was told that since mixing the Baclofen with the narcotics has never been tested and approved by the FDA he would have to take the baclofen out of my pump. Which is what he did much to my disapproval. If I want another pump, they could do that. I don't want to go through that again so I'm dealing with the oral stuff once again. Maybe I will be lucky some day and get their stamp of approval on it. I can tell you that it was the best thing the happened to me since I was diagnosed in 2003 until it was taken away from me.
