Does Anyone Have Suggestions On Minimizing Relapses?

My mom and I are going to the drs this week and she wants my morphine upped but I'm not sure what else to do. I was on injections with steroids and a numbing crap in my back before for pain and to help the relapses but I had a reaction after the 3rd visit so we had to stop them. Lower the stress in your life. Any kind of stress is really bad for MS. Even self inflicted. Like pushing yourself OVER thr limit. When I had a roommate, even though we were not in a romantic relationship, he would lie and pick at me. This went on for 7 months. He moved out May 31 2022. I'm still suffering the consequences of having that kind of emotional stress. My balance is much worse. My diagnoses was even changed to progressive. I really believe living through that, made me much worse. I'm having to use my cane ALL the time now. I also developed damage to my left eye optic nerve. My point is that one way to reduce flares is to lesson any kind of stress.

I am holding my breath, but I think I am finally in remission - now if I can just stay here and avoid whatever caused all this mess...
