Know a site you can go to for speech exercises to aid in this

There are a number of therapists who will be happy to help you. Your problem with your speech pattern needs to be pinpointed in order to do the most effective therapy. You would treat a problem caused by weakened muscles caused by neurological issues different than a problem caused by an accident or de-conditioning. They'll give you the advice, 'spot' you (like a physical trainer does with weight-lifters) while showing you the appropriate exercises and let you go off to practice on your own.

Good luck

I take Gilenya, I've been on it ever since they come out with it. I some times feel like & act like I'm drunk but not a drop of alcohol for years & it was only on special occasions. I also have black out spells. I've got to find me a new dr by March.
