Has anyone had occupational therapy and what were your results? I understand they can help with energy conservation throughout the day.

The therapy helped wonders, the inappropriate contact my male OT was placing upon me nope, not helpful...why do people think because I am young and disabled that I deserve that??? I was sexually assaulted at a bus stop. When I tried to report it the police refused to help. I wear 2 KAFOs and use crutches. I was fully clothed and covered. But police don't see me. They see a disabled person they can bully into what they want. Why???? WE MATTER TOO!!!

I've had OT...it was good..it was helpful and they did give me a list of energy conservation tips. I think you should check it out and see if it works for you

I would love to hear this also. I went for a while but seemed to be a lot of money for learning to ice muscle knots, stretches and using a tens unit. I didn't get much out of it.
