I take 200mg od provigil when I wake up then another 100mg in the afternoon otherwise I wouldn't b able to get out of bed. It's getting to the point the 100mg in afternoon isn't much help anymore and I think I could use a bit more in the morning too. Charlie and glee tell me about these Naltrexon and/or Adrenagen.. are they suppliments, prescriptions, what's r they and how much is normally taken? Fatigue by far right now is my worst enemy. I can take the weaknesses, tremors, walking difficultites and cognitive issues. I am so tired of bein tired all the time!

Low-Dose-Naltrexon (LDN) helped my energy and stamina LOT!! I also take 2500 mcg of sub-lingual B-12 daily.
How's your sleep? That can make a BIG difference!

Hello, @A MyMSTeam Member! I'm not acquainted with Adrenagen, but I'm using and very well acquainted wiht Low-dose Naltrexone. I'd be delighted to share with you! Cou ld you send me your e-mail address? I have gathered a lot o fiformation on the Naltrexone for a co uple o f other friends on this site and the easiet and quickest way would be for me to e-mail some iformati to y u ad start an e-ai correspodenc. May energy and stamina hav markedly improved since I starte dht LDN and Dr. Jelinek's "Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis" recovery program! I have been where you are andi know about the awful fatigue! Since you are PPMS the Low-Doss-Naltrexone might offer you mor hope than most of th emainstream MS drugs. Yo'u can't take if ifyou are on any opioids - painkllers etc. Please send me your e-mail address!
