LDN Canada? Are there any Canadian MSers here who are using Low-Dose-Naltrexone?
LDN Canada? Are there any Canadian MSers here who are using Low-Dose-Naltrexone? If so, who prescribes it for you? And what compounding pharmacy do you use? Especially interested in MB and BC
LDN has reduced both my pain and fatigue. I get 50mg naltrexone pills (way cheaper from "GETLDN247" ❤️, just Google it), than get it compounded into 4.5mg doses. I've been doing this a few years with volumetric dosing. 50ml of distilled water with a 50mg tab of Naltrexone. Dose 3.5mg (3.5ml) with an oral syringe at night pre-bed. LDN is made a huge difference to me. I was at the point of giving up work but on LDN I’m able to keep working.
Yes, I used Skips for a little while, but didn't notice a difference. I don't mean to always be complaining, I'm no that person. But I haven't really found much that works. Love my Baclofen. I had a pump placed, but I had 5 CSF leaks in 13 months so they removed it and I ended up with MRSA. I seized up so bad when the pump was removed, it was awful. Now I'm on oral and my spascicity is under control. I'm pissed that I have to live like this, but I'm a really happy person. If that makes any sense.
I have been taking LDN for over two years I found it helps with heat intolerance .Once you start it you shouldn't stop for the rest of your life. I did the mistake of stopping for dental work which would have been only necessary to stop 1 day before apt for pain meds on extraction. But stupid me I foolishly stopped taking the LDN and oh boy did I suffer. One hot summer day on a boat I walked on to when came back to dock discovered I couldn't walk anymore and had foot drop. I'll always wonder if I hadn't stopped the LDN if that would have happened. Anyhow I'm taking it don't notice any syptoms from taking it . You will have luck from Skips compounding pharmacy in Florida USA
I used it for awhile, but didn't notice any difference. I have PPMS.
Are there any users of Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) out there? What time of evening do you take it? And what time is your normal bedtime?
Has anyone heard of/tried Naltrexone to assist with primary MS medications?
