Hi VickyBeattie..It seems to me that a Flare up would last longer than a Day...like Optic Neuritis that lasts for months sometimes and doesn't seem to every go away totally.
The MS Hug seems to last a few days or a week sometimes..Who knows really because it is different for every one..Hope you are not in a Flare..XX

VickyBeattie, it took a while for me to "listen" to my body, but when you learn your limitations, you'll learn your body's tell to problems. Mine always starts with drop foot and slurred speech.

My flare ups last from 2-3 days up too a week or 2. I just never know

So, if my foot feel numb for an hour or so every once in a while, is that a flare up, or is that just what it's like to have MS?
