Residual Symptoms Vs. SPMS

Can anyone explain the difference between residual symptoms, i.e. symptoms that remain constant, versus the symptom-ology of secondary-progressive m.s.?

Unfortunately, every case is different. There is no standard list of chronic VS RR symptoms.
