I have been on Tysabari for a little over 4 years and it's the only medicine that has kept me from exacerbations. I have been in remission and no side affects have occurred.

I have been Jc negative as well. Remember all of the medical options for MS are there to block exacerbations, but they do not stop symptoms such as FATIGUE & WEAKNESS. One of these days the cure will help us and those after us.

Ive been on it for 2 1/2yrs and I haven't had any side effects.

Itching other than that I am fine been on tysabri for a year
