Bike The US For MS. They do all kinds of projects for free for MS patients. Check them out on the web. They are a wonderful organization. They built a sidewalk for me a couple years ago. It doesn't matter what part of the country you live in because they'll hire a local company to do it for you.

They are a great organization, and since it is privately funded, there are no hoops to jump through. The only requirement is that you have MS.
