Yes, medications help, discuss your symptoms with your doctor. I was fired from several consulting jobs because I was so mean to stupid people. I didn't mean to be mean, just didn't know I had MS. Now on drugs, so much calmer and able to tolerate stupid people.

I experience the same things --- no crowds for me. Starting to experience more panic/anxiety attacks especially if I am stressed and trying to focused ... I'm laying off the caffeine, watching the junk food and overall diet and trying to get proper rest --- I see a difference

I have always had clystrophobia (sp) the fear of being in tight places, but it has definately gotten worse with the ms. I can't tolerate large crowds or very busy places. Going to the movies has always been a great pleasure, but now I need to go to the less popular times to avoid the crowds.

I've actually developed my aggravated tension after ten years of dx. I, too, have anxiety and depression. It really makes it worse when I'm in a crowded store, etc. Another trigger, is my body isn't able to do what it once could. So, my meds help immensely... as will the occasional glass(or 2) of wine. ;) Best wishes for you!!!

Yes, I get agitated very easily over the slightest thing, with anybody and everybody. Noise seems to make it worse. Seriously thought I was losing my mind. Thankful that my dog needs to go out and we can walk quietly together. I was blaming my insomnia for it.
