I hate my life and I do not know what to do anymore. I APPEAR TO BE HSPPY BUT i am crying inside. I need some help how people deal with their MS?

When life seems to be on a downhill slide, and I feel very alone and detached from the world....I would so love to go out and take a long walk.....I used to walk six miles twice a day....now I can not walk without a walker.....slowly like a snail. Funny how I walk and run in my dreams.....but writing thoughts seems to help perk me up. As I reread them for clarity....I find I own them and claim them. Music is my stress reliever. I guess what I am saying is we all have our moments when life seems worthless. I would like to say that my faith gets me through....but in those down moments I can easily raise my fist and be angry with God. Guess he can take it....he IS big enough. Then I write the letters of the alphabet down the side of an empty page and for each letter write something I am thankful for. I end up with 26 ....or more. doesn't change my circumstances....just my outlook on my life ....counting blessings. It could always be worse.

Hey kid...I was Dx in 1992. I have bouts of depression too, but my daughter convinced me to see a therapist. Now I'm pushing thru every time. I have 2ndary progressive. As you might imagine there have been a lot of changes & compromises in my life. Even so, I figure life is better than the alternative.

Good grief! Don't be so despondent! You have lots of people in this circle who are rooting for you! "Talk" to us! We'll be your friends! Don't throw in the towel. Believe me life is still worth living, even it if's with MS.
