I've heard 1. Don't eat after 4 hours before bedtime.
2. Cut your normal meals in Half (need to be honest with yourself on portion).
3. Try drink more water.
4. Increase walking, if you can. Daily Start with 5 min walk a day and increase to 10 mins when you are able. Continue to add 5 mins working gradually up to 30 min walk a day.
Good Luck, Gail-Maryland

From a dietitian, I would suggest keeping a food journal for a few days to see what habits you needs to change with your diet. I can help, if you want to message me.

Dark chocolate has more antioxidants that are good for you. Think just 1 oz a day. Ref. Mt Dew and sodas with caffeine, assume u have to win yourself off them, but you shd talk to your Dr. about this.
