Long story short I was diagnosed with MS back in April when I lost vision in my eye. I have been on Tysabri ever since. I just tested JC positive and my Neurologist wants me to stay on Tysabri for now. My infusion is tomorrow and I am a bit nervous? Any advice? PML does not sound very friendly.

I got another Blood test done and now it's JC virus negative. I guess I will stay on Tysabri for now,..if it comes out positive again, we will see.

The JC virus can be found in MOST people. Speak with your Neuro about it, before taking yourself off Tysabri. I was positive, yet stayed on Tysabri for 36 months.

Being on time has been the best thing that has happened for my quality of life since I was diagnosed in 2009 when you're I was off of it was most challenging and most problematic. I am low positive and I feel the positive by far outweighs the negative for me
