Are MS And Vocal Cord Dysfunction Related Because VCD Is Also Autoimmune?

Is vocal cord dysfunction and MS somehow related? I understand that VCD is an autoimmune disorder. My health hasn't been the sane since my seizure back in 2013, and I've experienced respiratory issues with this ever since.

That's what I figured. I do use a breathing technique that helps a little.

MS has affected my speech tried speech therapy didn't help much I have limited volume and slow talk part of MS
