When under stressed and worn out deep excruciating pain in my groin and to the bone in my upper right arm! Usually lasts a week or so.

I get a deep ache in my legs when I go for my walk. I walk briskly eveyday, some days my legs are fine, some days they both ache or just one aches. I have no pain and the aches only happen while I'm exercising. When I'm done it goes away. Not sure if its the MS or what. Its been happening for over a year now, i have RRMS.
