I suppose that is the same thing as secondary progressive which occurs after having R & R. You usually stop having exacerbations but slowly lose some abilities or functions.

That is very helpful, thank you. I miss judge the distance where I keep knocking things over or turn a corner to short and run a little bit in to the door or wall.

Thank You this is helpful its more than I knew before. I do have a lot of motor functions that seem to be off and I miss judge distance a lot.

I had the same thing. It seems that we are now at a point where we don't get the bad relapses but our motor functions will slowly decline. This is what I understand but I may be wrong. Maybe others have a better understanding of it. I know I would like to know also
