Ok.... I'm firing my Doctor. Should have a long time ago. I've been doing research for clinics/doctors close to me, SE Michigan. I went to the MS Society page, also asked around. I went to U of M years ago and liked it but I'd get a doctor for 2 years and they'd move to Mayo. I also looked at Henry Ford in Detroit. I've heard good things about Cleveland Clinic. They have a large MS Clinic with a lot of docs. I read up on all of them. They can talk themselves up but I would like to know… read more
@A MyMSTeam Member Who do you see? I only saw one doc that really specialized in MS on the site. I don't think the site was set up very well. I really liked them at U of M when I went before. I left there and went to my soon to be not current doc. I had 2 different doctors there and U of M that I liked.
I went to Cleveland Clinic and liked them I don't think you could go wrong w/them. They were really inconvenient for my visits. I'm at UM for the past 3years and am very happy with them. Good luck to you
@A MyMSTeam Member You ok there...... LMAO Did you know you were repeating yourself? Oh shit! Maybe I'm seeing double. It's ok... I do the same!
I'm in cleveland. The clinic is good. I haven't been there because I hate the traffic and the parking garage! My cousin said Dr stone is really good. From what she told me it sounds like she cares. I go to the oak clinic in Canton. Dr Carrabine listens and tries to help you out in whatever way he can. If you go to the provider search on this page you can look up names. Hope this helps!
Cleveland Clinic is HIGHLY respected for their Cardiac team and I suspect the Neurology team must be pretty damn good, also. Just my 2 cents
