I have had a terrible cold and took 2 benadryl dye free allergy last night. I have had Benadryl before and it knoocked me out a bit but never had this kind of reaction, it was frightening! I felt like I was in a bad nightmare and could not wake myself up. I had a panic attack, tight chest, I was mumbling, dizzy, completely "whacked out". I am not on any MS medications at this time. Even when I was on a therapy med the antihistamines still bothered me.
Might depend on what meds ur on for MS. My doc told me to check with him before I take anything.
I can't take Benadryl. I can't take any PM medications because it has antihistamine in it. That antihistamines drives my legs crazy!!
