cfs vs ms, same or different?

What was your first symptom @A MyMSTeam Member ? Mine was fatigue that lasted about 3 months, it subsided, then continued another 3 or so months. I know I saw someone else here that was diagnosed cfs, but seems to me the diagnosis isn't necessary. Fatigue can be caused by many things & often thought to be caused by depression. I just don't understand why this can't be used as a marker for likelihood of ms.

I just found this article interesting as my diagnosis was cfs in 20s and now ppms, like maybe cfs is actually the beginnings of ms in some people.
