Every morning I wake up and have pains in my neck and back. I am tossing and turning all night because of the tingling in my arms all night. Any thoughts??

I was told that MS patients should avoid Ibuprofen based pain relievers or NSAIDS. I did get one of those 3-4" mattress toppers and that helped me a whole lot. I also have taken Melatonin. Hope it helps.

Be careful taking NSAIDS like Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin. Tylenol or acetaminophen based drugs might be a better choice. There have been cases of MS Patients coming down with aceptic meningitis from taking NSAIDS. I have had first hand knowledge.
