I have them on my left side of my body, I can't use a pen or do anything else that needs precision. Also I can't hold a glass witness my left hand but I can hold something if it's heavy or big

I have what I believe are called "intention tremors" that happen when I reach for something.

I've had essential tremors in my right since about 94. They come & go. I've learned to hold a pen differently to better control my writing. I now have been having them in my left hand as well.
