Medicare and Techfidera

I am currently taking Techfidera with good results. I start Medicare next month. Can anyone help me who has gone through the process of going on Medicare and still somehow be covered for this medication. I am stating on an AARP drug plan on October 1 and am not sure what will be covered and what the cost will be continuing to use this drug

My sister is on Medicare and uses Tecfidera. If I understand correctly, being on Medicare disqualifies you for the discount program offered they Tecfidera. As for help with copayment I am not sure.
