I actually FINALLY found out the answer to my VERY VERY VERY BAD YEAR...It was an undiagnosed cracked TOOTH (for over 2 years, if you can believe it) that finally cracked all the way in October 2015 and abscessed in Feb 2016...after it was pulled, I felt sooooo much better the very next day...Now, to find a new dentist...
