@A MyMSTeam Member there is as of right now I can not think of the name of the stupid drug name BUT I goggled it here you go with some information please talk with her and have her talk with her doctor.
The most common medications to treat the condition include the muscle relaxants baclofen (Gablofen, Kemstro, Lioresal) and tizanidine (Zanaflex). Another option is diazepam (Valium), which can help you sleep if nighttime spasms keep you awake.

Sir: Rebif is a 3 x/ week sub q injection. If this is probliem for your wife consider oral pill. I take Gelenyia a once per day oral MS disease modifying treatment. There are two other oral treatments Abagio & Techfidera @Timbofrog
