My feet have almost always been cold and over the past year or so, my ankles get really cold. Most days I wear warm socks, fuzzy socks over that, and warm slippers. At the moment, I've ready to grab my old leg warmers to try to get my ankles warm.

I have lost feeling in both feet for 19 years. My ankles have always felt like steel bands are around them. I just keep going. My feet feel like when your feet fall asleep and start to wake up,they just feel weird.

You know I have a ve had numbness in my whole body forever nothing will help it is th e m.s. unless you get some sort of medicine i don't know what to tell you ask your doctor.
