Yep! Fatigue can be caused from so many things. Especially stress. And fatigue can cause depression, which just causes more fatigue.
I actually had a neurologicalist (sleep Doctor) tell me that I'm not depressed and that is not what's causing my fatigue. I'm depressed because my fatigue is so bad. So fatigue is causing the depression/ anger and every other emotion you can think of.
Wish I could find a way that would eliminate some of it....
Emotional instability is a big issue with MS, it is physical AND psychological. Just take your time with things, don't take on too many things at once or you're at higher risk of a melt down. When they hit just remember it will pass, and be very vigilante in keeping drama or added stress OUT of your life.
Physical fatigue is a real problem. Light exercise, green tea, loose leaf yerba mate helps. Emotional fluctuations are tougher, I just have to remind myself that the feelings will pass, but it's pretty overwhelming when they hit.
Personally I have fluctuations. Fatigue is constant however I have periods mentally when everything flows and is good and others when it takes me ages and is a struggle and this can be on the same day. It's hugely frustrating. To stop myself getting anxious and depressed I take small breaks to try and manage this.
Yes, yes, yes! I am responsible for closing down the organization for which I work. My job has been stressful for 16 years but closing and all the problems with companies that don't function properly--banks, telephone, health insurance, YOU NAME IT--have exhausted me emotionally and physically. I just want this all to end. I've had difficulty concentrating, getting out of bed, and even reading.
