I live in Tennessee and fortunately we get 4 seasons. I have always done better when it gets cold then the heat in summer time. Now after being dx in June 2011 I have a better understanding why my body doesn't function well over summer time. This past winter is the first time I started feeling the same type of symptoms as I do in the summer. I was wondering am I alone with these symptoms due to weather and if not what do you do to help?

I live in Northeast Tennessee and the weather patterns here have made this area the best place I have found that affects my body the least. I can tell when there is a low pressure system coming two days in advance. But, when I compare here to other places where I have lived, this has been the least painful.
The heavy storm systems are played out by the time they get here and seldom do I see extreme temperatures. I am from Southwest Michigan and the weather patterns there are sometimes unpredictable with more barometric pressure changes than here. It is the barometric changes that get me the most.
It doesn't matter where I live, I am going to be in pain. At least here, I can enjoy four seasons of color and what comes with it.

I'm always too hot or too cold. When it's cold out I can never seem to be warm enough and when it's hot out I wilt.

I wanted to say thank you for the response to the question I asked I really do appreciate the comments and it's a good feeling that I am not the only one on this boat. Another thing that helps me is I take Kyani health and these supplements help me tremendously with my symptoms of tiredness, fatigue and help me sleep at night and feel refreshed when I get up in the morning. I got my 30 day supply from www.lifestylechange16.kyani.net and it comes right to me. Just curious if anyone else has tried it.

You ask if it's expensive well from what I found on the the site the have different packages and costs. You can get the complete package and notice the full benefits of it or just get the individual which is less. Go to www.lifestylechange16.kyani.net to get information and to read about over 17 super foods are in these packages. Since I have been taking it I have noticed a huge difference in my symptoms for the better. I looked at the cost of some of my meds verses kyani and it's priceless to have a better quality of life!
