I used to take baclofen.It was wonderful for 30 yrs
Now I take zaneflex

I've been taking Baclofen for years I really don't think it helps me anymore

I take the flexeril n seem to do fine with it. I think it has helped me more than the other medicine baclofen. But also I started on do terra products n that might b part of me feeling Lil better. I add the lemon oil to my water daily. I know ppl think I'm crazy but I don't feel like my entire body aches as bad as before. I also switch out with lemon grass oil bout every third day or so just for a Lil flavor change n also the lemongrass oil is to help with inflammation so I figured it was worth a shot I guess. I was drinking lots of water anyways n it's just a Lil flavor right!?!?

I personally felt it worked better for me but was causing bladder retention issues. Once stopped it no more bladder infections after a 4 month battle. Too bad for me.

i find that soma works better than Flexiril for me
