I've been on Rituxan for 3 years...... I had Mri's of brain spine and something else last Thursday and there has been no changes for 3+years

Thanks for the article! Within 6 doses of Tysabri i became JCV-positive and will eventually have to switch medications. It's quite upsetting, after my neurologist told me I had a brain riddled with lesions (and a few on my spine) and my first MRI's came back with nothing but good news of no new lesions and regression of old ones, it's good to have articles to help me with the next step on my journey.

Noelzb I'm on Tysabri as well and I've been doing really good (knock on wood). Good luck stay positive

I'm on tysabri...no problems as of yet. I have another MRI pending to see if the lesions are gone or at least smaller

I was on it for 3.5 yrs. just switched to Rituxan last year...so far ok..but MRI will tell if it's doing anything yet.
