I havent had this soreness on the soles of my feet, but I did on the TOPS of my feet. No matter what shoes I would wear, they were always VERY sore. My neurologist prescribed some Baclofen, and it resolved quickly. I hope you find something that helps soon. Details described sound like neuropathy, and that is NO fun.

I get sore soles on my feet, to ease them at night I put a tribulations pillow under my legs so that my feet are suspended x

As painful as it is, I've been forcing myself to go for a walk and it seems to be helping, booked for a massage see if that also helps. I tried a foot spa but it made it worse.
