Have anyone every heard or watched the video ' Live disease free advantage' by Pam Bartha? I'm asking because in the video Mrs. Bartha says she'd once was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis over 25 yrs. ago, and is currently disease free because she researched and followed 4 fundamentals. In the video, Mrs. Bartha focused on 1 of the 4fundamentals due to the sake of time, but she mainly talked about removing unhealthy habits and replacing them with healthier ones. I considered taking her program but decided against it and instead went to see Dr. Mark Hyman. She is not a doctor and does not have any medical certifications - she just studies and attends conferences, sharing what she has learned. I am not taking anything away from her - she is very well spoken and has a great story to tell. It is all about healthy lifestyle and getting to the bottom of infections, heavy metals, mold, etc. If you take her class, let me know what you think.

@A MyMSTeam Member Melatonin was a joke for me lol My Dr prescribed Lunesta & it doesn't work either. I might be magnesium deficient. I will have to try the oregano oil. Thank You for the tip. I'm so jealous when I hear snoring. Hopefully one day soon I can figure this out.

@A MyMSTeam Member, you're so welcome. I haven't gone into the ketogenic stage because it can cause shakes and other crap. I don't wanna go through that but I'm good with following the diet. I've also began using UP4 probiotics( gut health)vitamin D3, omega 3, vitamin B12, and oregano oil ( gut health-- place it on my tongue-- it helps with my sleep as well as gut health).

You'll do well.. I know I'm very careful what I eat and drink because if I don't my body will tell on me.. just know we'll beat this thing..

I watched the video and have looked through her website, in addition to having an hour call with her. I am thinking seriously of signing up for her program even though it is expensive. She believes that MS is caused by infections, heavy metals, nutritional deficiencies, etc., and puts her focus on resolving these. I truly believe that there is a root cause and have seen holistic doctors before who also speak her language. I think her program may be a good way to quickly gather information from many of the top holistic doctors and also have a community to share experiences with. It could be a waste of money but I want to lean toward people who have healing and inspiring stories, versus those who say "MS cannot be cured." At the end of the day, that may be true, but I don't choose to live in that space. I would love to hear what others think. I am new to this so am still finding my way. Even if I go down a declining path with my health, it is important to me to do it in a way that allows me to feel proud of myself.
