It is Ocrelizumab. It's an inti-CD20 monoclonal antibody. My doctor has talked about changing me to it when it comes out. I am currently on Tysabri, but I have been transitioning to secondary progressive and worsening all the time. Ocrelizumab was studied on PPMS and seemed to help some. There is great hope that it can help progressive forms of the disease.
