I have numbness in my lower left leg. I have been unable to flex my toes for about 4yrs now. My balance is terrible most days but I still throw myself into my passion for horticulture. I have been given a FES pack to help with movement in my left leg which helps so much. It stops alot of lower back pain as I now drag my left leg when I walk. Keep going keep moving and stay positive. Upside is when you stub your toes it's not as painful as it should be!!. Look after your feet check them regularly.

I have right sided ms, and have no real feeling in my right leg below the knee, and my right hand from the wrist. I still say ouch because I know it hurts, but rarely feel any pain! I did feel my ankle turn over yesterday though, but the pain went away really quickly?

I have numbness from my waist down on the right side but with permanent tingling. Have numbness in my left foot too. If I stub my toe etc I still say ouch and think 'that should hurt' but it doesn't!!

yes, numbness in some of my toes and the soles of my feet. I don't notice it too much but it doesn't help balance
