Yes, feet often cramp - it's solo annoying
Yes my right foot drags. I don't know if its fatigue or the Disease kicking in. Progressively making it hard to walk.

And I have foot drop in right foot- makes me walk very unevenly. I'm going to a walking clinic in December and maybe I'll get fampridine, Years ago had a dragging left foot all one winter. But we're still walking!
In Canada we call it Fampyra.
