I hate cooking but lately I feel I can take on the challenge, fewer the steps the better! If you can suggest a good cookbook that uses a healthy diet for us MSers, I would greatly appreciate it! Things I enjoy eating may not be so healthy for me. I need help in the kitchen!
The book Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman was life changing. I now eat a plant based diet, very little processed foods and my ms is in remission. A healthy diet can reduce symptoms or even reverse many diseases. If you do cut out meat completely, be sure to supplement with B12 and possibly iron.
There is a book called The Multiple Sclerosis Diet Book it's by Roy Laver Swank. M.D. Ph.D. that I've been on for over a year now that seems to have my weight down and I'm sure that helps without having the extra baggage to carry around. LOL
Go online and request a free cookbook from paleo!
I have used some of the receipes, easy, inexpensive, and used and recommended from numerous MS patients including myself!

I enjoy a wonderful book entitled "Eat and Heal" it talks about the nutritional benefits of a variety of foods.
