Odd that you should say that @A MyMSTeam Member as it could be the fact that I take omeprazole to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux that helps me bypass the nausea and vomiting that some 'Tec' user suffer. Might be worth new 'Tec' users enquiring about that with their GP or MS Specialist Nurse before commencing with their treatment.

I am on Tecfidera and the only side effects that I have are hot flashes all day and night and it's about to drive me crazy. They are labeled as flushing, but it's hot flashes.

I was also on it for almost two years. No real side effects that I noticed.

I have been on Tecfidera for over two years, only issue I have had was occasional flushing in the beginning.

The only problem I have had is nausea. Not all the time, not everyday, could be twice a day, always different. I can wake up at 4:00 AM and if I don't have Zofran meds right there I start heaving. Never have I seen anything like this. I can be fine one minute and the next minute so sick. It started right after I started taking Tecfidera.
