Does anyone else's MS issues act or worsen when there's a sudden change in the weather? Seems its cold weather for me.

My yoga teacher stated that when the weather changes people with MS are the first ones to get effected by the change in weather it has something to do with the weather patterens and spheres in the air that we are affected first and the worst this is what has been told to me

Yes! Cold weather is a major problem for me as well...I can't even begin to explain how bad I feel when the weather gets cold. My legs feel as if they're submerged in buckets of ice water...I do better in warmer weather.

@A MyMSTeam Member. You know I really hadn't paid any attention to it until now I guess because I hadn't felt well since October (long story). I thought I was turning a corner and bam here in TN the weather suddenly got really cold and dizziness, hyperacusis, nausea got stirred up all over again.....ughhh

Think I'll go back and look at some of my journaling over the years and see if it's happened before.
Thanks!
