Are There Any Natural, Holistic Or Alternative Treatment Options To Help With Chronic Fatigue?
Currently, I take provigil for chronic fatigue, and narcolepsy, because I'd like to feel normal again! I'd like to look and feel nice without any agitations of taking medicine to stay awake! This isn't the life I'd like to life.
Thank you for your input!!

I am finding that a light exercise, increased gently is doing wonders for me. I have cut out sugar, chocolate, potato chips (crisps) from my diet, and have lost some weight - this has helped my mobility as well as the exercise.
With SPMS, I am only on the bare minimum of medication, gabapentin daily (Neurontin).
@A MyMSTeam Member My doctor told me my insurance wouldn't cover provigil, and din't offer an alternative. So here I lie in bed feeling weighed down with quicksand. I think I have tried every herb on the market. They make me jittery, but do not make my legs get up and move!
Thank you @ @A MyMSTeam Member @A MyMSTeam Member, because I'm really getting tired of taking so much medicine, and I wanna rid myself from it. I know it's not a good thing saying I wanna be normal again, because I never will again since my diagnosis, but I'd like to try to do so. If I can receive some information that'll help alleviate my daily pill flow would be awesome too!
