I have it for years. Well before MS. I finally got the VA to say it is military related. Go on YouTube and look up "white noise". You need a background noise to mask it. It is annoying. But a background noise helps. I've had it for 20 plus years. Constant 24/7. Does it affect your hearing? My hearing aids have a white noise program that runs along with them. Go see an audiologist. Check it out.

I have had it for over 20 years. It is MS related and no any fun. I never have a quiet moment. I go to sleep with the TV on. I went to an ear specialist, not just an ENT and there was nothing he could do. It also resulted in earring loss.
