Yep I get it on and off but when I first got it took me months to get my head around it. Hang in there!

I have it for years. Well before MS. I finally got the VA to say it is military related. Go on YouTube and look up "white noise". You need a background noise to mask it. It is annoying. But a background noise helps. I've had it for 20 plus years. Constant 24/7. Does it affect your hearing? My hearing aids have a white noise program that runs along with them. Go see an audiologist. Check it out.
