You'll experience a blood sugar spike and crash with that mix.
Bananas are very sugary when ripe and very starchy until.
Milk is loaded with lactose, a type of sugar..
And Honey, though more fructose than glucose, is pure sugar as well.
As far as your body is concerned, that is pure sugar, your pancreas will kick out the insulin, and you'll get a major sugar crash.
That sounds like a delicious treat, but maybe better as a cure for insomnia.

Some years ago a friend told me not to use cream or sugar in tea or coffee -- I tried to follow her advice...and managed to stop using cream and sugar-- cold turkey. There are substitutes,like almond milk; since I like cold water and enjoy it with fresh lemon squeezed in (wash the skin first)...no doubt. others can come up with good suggestions.
