Hi there I have gotten used to my left arm being numb. You should get some feeling back in it. Don't ever give up. I have had Ms over 24 years and the only reason I am still on my feet is I won't give up. Giving into it is not an option. I have been walking on crutches since 2004 and I call them an inconvenience. Sending prayers for you and support too.

My doctor prescribed a strong weekly vitamin D. Sounds like yuou need to see your neurologist and talk about all your symtoms. Perhaps you need to change or add meds. Do you take neurontin?

If its numb and hurting. Time to stretch and move..dont be weak to it. You are your strength....could pop pills or call doc... i suggest diverting the pain... massage area and pinch it to remind it no numbing out on you. Dont hurt yourself now.. just remind it that you are in control... if spastic or involuntarily moving or locking don't let it stay such ..it can hurt pain does... just take a walk or pretend box, goal is to decrease mental/physical stress..goodluck
